My Fnc Groups reserves the right to suspend or close your account in case of breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or at the request of a competent authority. You may close your account at any time from your client area.

7. Governing law

These terms are subject to the law in force in the country of registration of My Fnc Groups. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts. For EU consumers, the online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
